EMA played a pivotal role in the successful completion of the new pharmacy facility, collaborating closely with CREO Architect, HM3 Engineering, Project Controls (Program Manager), and the Carvajal family. Our commissioning of the MEP systems ensured impeccable functionality throughout the expansive 20,200 sqft space. EMA commissioned the electrical and lighting systems to guarantee optimal visibility while adhering strictly to energy codes. The HVAC systems underwent rigorous testing and balancing to ensure unparalleled comfort levels for both occupants and the sensitive medications processed in the state-of-the-art Ante Room and Clean Room. Working closely with the architect and engineer, we provided specialized design considerations, meticulously controlling temperature and relative humidity in these positively pressurized environments. EMA's commissioning team thoroughly tested these spaces to uphold medication integrity in accordance with USP and ISO guidelines. This project exemplifies our commitment to efficiency, regulatory compliance, and occupant comfort, ensuring a cutting-edge facility poised for excellence in pharmaceutical care.
