Project Overview
EMA provided MEP and Technology Design, Construction Administration services, and Building Commissioning for a new 250,000 SF middle school. This new building is a replacement school built around an existing auditorium building and includes an ICC-500 Storm Shelter sized to house the entire population of the new larger school.
