EMA provided MEP design services for this existing hospital. The project includes the demolition of some older sections, leaving only the emergency room. Additions will include new clinics and education spaces for Kilgore College healthcare students. The project will also have additional emergency generator capacity and rework the existing dual electrical utility service.
