Lake Highlands Junior High School

This project consisted of a 231,00 SF middle school that was being built in two phases on the site of an existing school. EMA provided peer review of “Chapter 7 Storm Shelter Essential Features and Accessories” of the ICC500-2014 for a 15,970 sq ft storm shelter. This includes a peer review of all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in the storm shelter and recommendations to meet code requirements. We also provided Green Review and Energy Code Compliance Review as required by the City of Dallas.
