Job Summary: The Marketing Intern will support various marketing and business development activities, including maintaining the marketing library, assisting with proposal submissions, designing marketing collateral, and contributing to internal and external newsletter development. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include: - Assist in developing, writing, and editing Statement of Qualification's, proposals, pre-qualification forms, and other business communication documents, and interview preparations.
- Assist in the printing, binding, and mailing of Request for Qualification Documents.
- Aid in the maintenance of a library of project descriptions for use in proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Complete government forms, client questionnaires, and qualifying statements as required.
- Contribute to composing or editing answers to technical, essay type questions.
- Help in the assembly and preparation of materials for client presentations and interviews.
- Maintain updated information on all staff members for the purpose of assisting in writing resumes and biographies.
- Aid in the maintenance of the company website.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations to promote firm.
- Help with newsletter creation and maintain mailing lists.
- Assist in preparing status reports on marketing efforts.
- Assist in maintaining firm’s LinkedIn page.
- Conduct marketing research as needed.
- Assist with event management, including tradeshows, company, and client events.
- Provide administrative support for the Marketing & Business Development department.
- Provide local marketing assistance to the Manager of Office Operations for Tyler office activities.
- Assist with creative design projects.
- Other duties assigned.
