Overton Brooks VA Medical Center

EMA provided MEP Design and construction administration for the expansion of approximately 7,000 square feet for the existing surgery suite at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center. The expansion included a 300 Ton chilled water system with auxiliary connection to hospital central plant.  Additionally, the design also included HVAC, smoke removal, lighting, the addition of a complete fire alarm/fire sprinkler systems, medical gas and vacuum systems, essential electrical systems, isolated power in operating rooms, and new plumbing systems.
