City of Allen Fire Station

EMA completed a third-party peer review of a 75-person capacity storm shelter for a central fire station remodel for the City of Allen. The review was to help ensure compliance with the ICC 500, 2015 International Building Code and other technical requirements. Other features included water conservation, lighting upgrades, chiller plant optimization and variable pumping, retrofits to variable air volume (VAV) type systems.
