EMA provided MEP Engineering, Design Development, and Construction Administration services for the 8,016 SF renovation at Sterling High School CTE Center. This project aims to upgrade the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to improve energy measures at the facility. An energy and space-efficient duct system will replace the existing HVAC dual duct system, all restrooms will be updated, and a new sprinkler system will be installed to improve energy measures at the facility.
